You’ll update patient medical records, fill out reports, lab tests, diagnoses and treatment plans. Your duties are to evaluate records for completeness and ensure that essential info is in the computer. Duties may also include taking medical histories and recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for exams, and assisting physicians.
